About

Strategic positioning, governance, and technology behind Nepal Green Fertilizer Industries.

A National Priority Project

The project is positioned as a national food-security and green industrialization project — converting Nepal's renewable hydropower into a domestic fertilizer production base through public-private partnership and policy-level support.

  • Establish a domestic green ammonia and fertilizer production facility in Nepal
  • Reduce Nepal's dependency on imported chemical fertilizers
  • Utilize Nepal's renewable hydropower for productive industrial use
  • Support Nepal's green hydrogen policy and industrialization agenda
